Bondi bio-based retrofit, updates a heritage terrace into 21st-century standards using PassiveHaus principles. Featuring bio-based materials, recycled hardwood, double-glazed windows, and off-form corkcrete, heat recovery ventilation, the design maximizes natural light and livability. Working within a tight constraints, it prioritizes reuse and salvage of existing elements into a beautiful light filled healthy home. Completion in 2025 whilst Project Architect at ASA.
