Tawny Frogmouth

Named after the resident Tawny Frogmouth, this Como home brings new life to an outdated 80s kitchen and bathroom, reimagined to suit a growing family's needs. The upgrade includes an efficient hot water system and timber-framed double-glazed windows, improving comfort and performance throughout. We've balanced design with functionality, creating spaces that work for everyday life.

As with all our residential renovation projects, the brief centered on making better use of the existing footprint rather than extending outward; reworking the kitchen layout for better flow, and updating the bathroom with durable, low-maintenance finishes suited to a busy family home.
