Located within the creative warehouse environment of FOVO STUDIOS, this project explored the transformation of a compact studio tenancy into a highly functional and character-filled workplace. The scope included office fitout design, workplace strategy, real estate advice, and detailed test-fit studies to maximise the potential of the existing footprint.
Working closely with the client, the project balanced flexibility, collaboration and day-to-day functionality through considered layouts, spatial planning and custom workspace solutions. Emphasis was placed on natural light, adaptable working zones and efficient circulation to support a modern creative studio environment while retaining the raw warehouse character of the building.
The result is a refined and practical workspace that supports productivity, collaboration and future growth, demonstrating how intelligent planning and strategic fitout design can unlock value within compact commercial spaces.
